Micheal worked with Rio Tinto PLC for 30 years as VP/GM of Global Procurement establishing the Shared Services model of hub and spoke to support the group companies. He was also VP/GM of IS&T Solutions to design and implement the Materials Management process in the Global SAP program.

Charles H. Masson
Sr Partner / Founding Member

Charlie has over 35 years experience in managing a full range of contractors and contracts.  Throughout Charlie’s career, he has been the design engineer, the EPCM manager, and the contractor.  Charlie also has a Professional Engineering license.  This experience provides a full 360 degree view of the contractor management arena.

During his career Charlie has managed numerous large scale construction projects, professional staff, accounting and administrative staff and interacted with company leaders throughout multiple industries.  This hands-on experience gives him insight into the end-to-end contractor management process.  Using his expertise and those of his partners, they have developed a methodology and tool set that provides accurate and efficient cost management processes.

Gary M. Kitchen

Gary has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas, Chemical and Mining Sectors. In the last 18 years he has amassed a wealth of experience through his work as a Consultant for some of the biggest companies in these industries.

For the past 10 years Gary has specialized in the Services Procurement Process with an emphasis on business solution design and process integration efficiencies. During this time he implemented one of the world’s largest integrated global Services Procurement Solutions, achieving significant savings for the company.

Gary has worked closely with all of the key functions within the process, including Contracting, Finance and Controlling, Audit, Accounts Payable and the Contractors themselves. His experience gives him a valuable insight into what works and what doesn’t work within the high spend Services Procurement process.

Jenny A. Wampler
Director of Operations

Jenny plays a principal role at AccM in building out process methodology for delivery and technology services. Other key responsibilities include on-boarding of new consultants, implementing best practices, managing resources for all projects, and managing TOP® strategic projects.

Jenny has 15 years experience as an Engineer, SAP Business Analyst, and Project Manager across several industries. She provides best practice knowledge in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics in the Oil & Gas, High Tech, Medical, and Mining Sectors.  Her success rate with implementation projects is also an invaluable asset.

Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana Tech (formerly Montana School of Mines) where she also earned Academic All-American honors on the basketball court.
